岗位职责：
1、充分联系、挖掘与分析自身资源，向公司及时全方位提供各类产品代理商信息，并负责区域产品（项目）代理商加盟考察、调研、分析和评估工作；
2、负责所对接产品（项目）代理商加盟招商活动的策划、组织、实施和评估，主持区域招商谈判工作；3、负责产品（项目）代理商有关合同的签订、变更、执行、终止及条款建议完善工作；4、定期检查已签署加盟合同执行情况，督促并推动自己所对接加盟事业业务提升经营业绩；5、组建并负责下属该加盟业务招商团队的考核、激励和管理；6、负责收集市场相关行业信息及加盟商动态，形成定期报告向总经理反馈；
7、在自己力所能及范围内，全面宣传推广行销通电商平台运营思想与模式，吸纳更多各类产品代理商成为行销通电商平台代理产品加盟合作伙伴。

任职要求：
1、自己本身是产品代理商或拥有各类产品代理商资源信息或具有丰富的招商渠道和营销网络资源，丰富的招商加盟团队管理经验，并有能力和热情予以对接引进；
2、想通过行销通平台以及经济的合作模式，拓展自我代理品种或加盟代理商品种业务区域扩展、销量快速提升，获得更多利润增量；
3、初期不愿接受日常化规范管理要求但可通过合作，以加盟方式渐进式加入一个为自己能带来事业快速创建与协助发展平台；
4、具备良好沟通能力，执行能力强，处事有条理，性格开朗，有亲和力；
5、具有良好的商务洽谈技巧与商业谈判能力，具有良好的职业操守；
6、有强烈提高自我综合经营管理素质、拓展整合商业资源信息，并面向全国全球发展之展望；
