Description
Overall purpose
The Senior MS Sales Consultant is the appointed to drive MS sales engagement within China.
He/She shall play a key role on driving Managed Services sales following the overall corporate MS strategy and business goals.
He/She shall be Subject Matter Expert on including, but not limited to hands-on experience on Joint Foundation Settings, Feasibility Studies, Due Diligence and Transition Projects with a thorough understanding of customers' Operations strategy, processes and organization.
He/She will be capable to interact with C-Level customer representatives with a consultative/tactical approach in order to create customer-centered business opportunities. He/She has a medium, long-term vision to create sustainable value and growth to Customers and Ericsson.
He/She will actively interact and drive the assigned Customer Units in China for Managed Services sales with qualified supports required.
Responsibilities
The Senior MS Sales Consultant will play a key role to drive Managed Services business in China and securing profitable Managed Services deals.
He/She should be able to fit culturally and professionally to the China Market.
Main Roles & Tasks
Together with MS Sales/Commercial Managers and MS Solution Specialists:
1. Drive/lead the MS strategy and tactical plans for assigned CU
2. Engage C Level customers with KAM to identify new MS opportunity and define corresponding tactics in sales engagement.
3. Drive/lead the whole activities in MS project engagement model in the opportunity
4. Reach the MS sales target assigned
Qualifications
1. Knowledge and Experience required
He/She will be innovative leveraging on Consultative Selling approach. Candidate has reached a level of competence that he/she is self-managed.
1.1. Education
· Have a qualification to Bachelor degree level or equivalent in Engineering/IT/Telecom Operations /Management/Finance
· Post graduate level is a plus.
1.2. Experience
· Minimum 5 to 10 years business experience in Sr. and/or Lead Telecom Operations Management positions
· He/She shall have extensive knowledge of the telecommunication environment
· Experience in the specific region/market is a plus
· Sales or sales support experience is a mandatory
