华饮汇运营经理

汇报：总经理

岗位职责：

全面负责本公司旗舰店及酒吧的正常运营工作(日常营运及员工管理)，保证展厅门店的长期成功经营;

专卖店：

1、 监督店内人员的出勤，确保每天按时开店关店。

2、 监督、检查门店每日流程以及关店流程，确保门店每天能够按要求流程正常经营，每个流程都落实有效。

3、 管理和监督店内销售做好本职工作，确保各项任务都能按时保质完成

4、 管理并且与仓管沟通好店内红酒的库存状况，如有缺货情况发生，需尽快和仓管沟通安排补货。

5、 定期开展店内销售的培训，并监督店内销售的表现情况，汇报给公司。

6、当店内有任何情况发生，运营经理要在第一时间出面解决问题。

酒吧 ：

1、 制定酒吧管理制度、规章及规范，并监督与贯彻执行

2、 做好酒吧的经营管理工作。包括贯彻落实公司下达至酒吧的各项工作计划和指标，维持现有客户关系，及时了解客人对酒品和服务方式的意见和需求趋势，并采取有效措施满足客人的需求。同时做好及时跟公司汇报酒吧营业情况和客户意见等

3、负责酒吧所有货品的库存管理，根据营业情况，及时订货，定期盘库存，汇报给公司

4、开展有效的服务礼仪及销售技巧培训，激励员工的热情，评估员工的工作成效

5、配合公司组织的各种晚宴、品鉴会等活动

In 2012, SinoDrink introduced two most influential Italian wine guide to China: Vini d’ Italia and Grandi Cru d’ Italia. Meanwhile, SinoDrink as an Italian wine specialist was fully engaged in the editing, proofreading, translation and publishment.
In 2013, SinoDrink was the winner of The Best Italian SME in China Panda Award issued by Italian Embassy and China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, which was the first time that an Italian wine company had awarded for its great contribution.
In both 2015 and 2016, SinoDrink was awarded “ The best Italian Wine Importer in China ” by Bettane+ Desseave Team.
In 2016, SinoDrink was awarded as 2016 the most Influential Italian Wine Importer in China by Italian Embassy and WineITA.
In 2017 and 2018, SinoDrink was awarded as Excellent Importer of Italian Wine in China by Italian Embassy and WineITA.
In 2018, SinoDrink was awarded as the Excellent Importer of Wine & Spirits by Interwine China and the 100 most Meritorious Personages during the past 15 years in the China imported wines and spirits sector since China joining in the WTO.
In 2018, SinoDrink successfully held the 10th anniversary celebration in the main cities of China, such as Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chongqing and etc...
In 2019, SinoDrink was awarded as "National Excellent Italian wine Importer" by CFDF during the first BBS of Chinese wine market.
