岗位要求：

1、食品、发酵、（微）生物学等相关专业硕士以上学历，博士优先，有国外留学或工作经验优先；
2、有食品或乳品行业研发经理/总监或副总工作经验三年以上

3、科研领域有一定的学术地位，在所从事领域有一定学术建树，发酵领域优先；
4、至少5年以上企业或科研单位研发、技术改进管理经验，熟悉专利申请和国家的政策法规；
5、能带领研发团队承担课题的研究，具有独立完成国家科研经验，项目团队管理经验；
6、能独立承担学术宣讲，有较强的讲演、授课能力，较好的社会活动能力；
7、很强的项目管理能力，有优秀的计划、组织、领导、协调、控制、督导能力和独立工作能力，优秀的管理能力和技巧；
8、英语熟练，必须具有良好的读、听、写和翻译能力，口语流利；
9、有创新、开拓进取精神，能承受较大的工作压力；
10、具有高度的责任感、敬业精神及团队协作精神；
Responsibilities:

In line with company business strategy and commercial model, to develop innovative and cost-effective R&D solutions to meet the dynamic needs of relevant industry;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely completion of defining, planning, verification, and implementation phases of development projects;
Play a leading role in overall company R&D structure to meet the technical demand of the company to achieve fast and sustainable growth;
Develop robust and reliable new products for efficient manufacturability;
Develop, lead and optimize for production process, training of technical staffs and local process engineers;

Requirements:

Master degree or above, PHD prefer, majoring in food, ferment or microbiology relevant area; Prefer having overseas working experience or overseas educational background.
At least 5 years research and develop experience in corporation or institutes of scientific research, familiar with application for patent and policies and regulations in China;
Research projects with team member, capable of completing state research independence, good project management experience;
Excellent the capability of speaking, teaching and social activities;
Excellent supervisory and motivational skills with the ability to develop team-oriented multi-discipline functions;
Good command of English and PC skill.
