- Creative thinking is a must-have.
- 5 years+ of working experience, and deep understanding of luxury fashion brands.
-Strong CAD, MAX skill and know about the basic skill of PHOTOSHOP, illustrator.
-Knowledge in branding, print, production.
-Great team spirited and able to lead a team with 4-5 3D/ graphic designers and Ability to guide
-Thorough understanding of graphic design, page layout, typography, photography and illustration techniques

-Cooperate with Executive Creative Director to monitor the whole team and finish the work with high quality.
- Create and conceptualize multiple concepts for new assignments
-Work and communication with Account Team and Production Team for better work coming out.
- Team management, mentor junior creative talent in developing their creative talent
