Main Responsibilities
· Supervise interior fitout works for luxury brand retail store from design development to completion. Main task is to communicate between client and our construction team. Ensure client’s requirement will be delivered to the construction site.
· Prepare construction program and monitor site progress along with our construction manager.
· Collect all necessary materials and documents from the client for site works
· Managing, scheduling, budgeting with sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
· Liaising with clients, contractors and landlords
· Own and drive business for property division, specialized in luxury retail store fitting-out works.
· Stationed in Shanghai and frequent travel to different cities in China will be required
· Develop and maintain good relations with luxury brand clients, sub-contractors, government networks

Experience/Education Required
· Seven or more years of relevant business in fit-out works, furniture production for retail projects
· In-depth understanding of luxury brand industry in China.
· Diploma/ Undergraduate degree in related discipline is required.
· Strong analytical background and strong communication skills.
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
· Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft office
· Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials and fitting out works processing.
