岗位职责：

1. 负责研发部门的质量管理体系的建立，主持软件项目评审工作；
2. 负责公司各流程的优化及检查；
3. 受过规范的CMM训练并有实施经验，具备深厚的软件工程和测试方面的理论知识和实战经验，熟练掌握主流的QA管理工具和软件测试工具，熟练掌握软件配置管理工具；
4. 负责项目生命周期的文档计划的制定和监督、执行；参与内部审核，包括参与编制审核计划、组织实施内审，负责内审资料的保存；
5. 按照计划深入项目进行QA审核，并根据审核结果向相关人员报告项目的进行状态、问题、风险，并进行缺陷统计，跟踪审核中发现的问题，组织异常问题的分析、改进活动，提出纠正措施和建议并验证纠正结果，确保软件开发的规范性；

职位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，主修计算机或相关专业；
2. 5年以上IT工作经验，熟悉CMM/CMMI等其他形式的软件项目管理及质量管理的基本方法与工作流程；
3. 有ISMS/ITSM/CMMI登体系建设经验，或熟悉ISO27001/PCI/ITIL/ISO20000/CMMI/Cobit等边准的优先；
4. 有PMP/PRINCE2/ISO27001相关/ITIL相关/ISO20000相关/CISA登先关认证的优先；
5. 具备较强的组织协调能力和沟通能力，较强的解决问题能力；
6. 良好的中英文表达能力；

Responsibility：

1. Responsible for research and development department's quality management system, the establishment of the host software project appraisal work;
2. Be responsible for the process optimization and inspection;
3. A standard CMM training and implementation experience, have deep software engineering and testing aspects of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, familiar with the mainstream of QA management tools and software test tools, master software configuration management tools,
4. Responsible for the project life cycle document plan and supervision, implementation; Participate in internal audit, including to participate in the preparation audit plan, organize the implementation of internal audit, internal audit is responsible for the preservation of material;
5. According to plan further project QA audit, and according to the audit results to the relevant personnel report on project status, problems and risks, and defect statistics, tracking audit findings, organize the problem analysis, improvement activities, corrective measures and Suggestions and verify correct results, to ensure that the development of software standardization;

Qualification：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or related field;
2. 5 years of IT working experience, familiar with CMM/CMMI and other forms of software project management and quality management of the basic method and work flow,
3. Have ISMS/ITSM/CMMI's system construction experience, or familiar with ISO27001 / PCI/ITIL/ISO20000 / CMMI/Cobit equilateral quasi preferred;
4. A PMP/PRINCE2 / ISO27001 related/ITIL related/ISO20000 related/CISA's first close the certification is preferred;
5. Good ability in organization and coordination and communication skills, strong problem solving ability;
6. Good English and Chinese skills;
