R&D Project Manager机械行业项目经理-玩具/牙刷等快消行业优先


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Delivering of the relevant PM machine components include PM motor and machine.
2. Manage programs of product development; cost reduction design, Technical transfer etc.
3. Make sure the product development process comply with Product Development Process
   Management of intellectual property, including supplier agreements and patent disclosures
   Leading worldwide project technical and business reviews
4. Development of detailed project plans, including task, resource, and financial planning
   Implement program plan, tracking and control program cost, product cost and schedule
5. Create mitigation for any significant risk in terms of schedule, cost and quality
6. Marketing data analysis and selection; Provide senior management program feasibility study
7. PDP process improvement
   Driving IPD team member especial
8. ly factory team to achieve program target
   

Required Qualifications:

1. Some level of knowledge on elevator machine. Experience in PM machine will be a plus.
2. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
3. Good knowledge of the tools, process and assembly equipment for :
4. Experience with project management is desired including risk and requirements management.Familiarity with program management tools such as MS Project and previous experience managing and leading people is a plus.PMP preferred.
5. Education: M.S. or above in Electrical Machine, Mechanical, or equivalent
6. Language: Good in spoken and written English
