工作概要：
向客户总监报告，能够理解市场营销策略，并能独立执行策划方案。要在团队中扮演关键的角色，能为服务的品牌提供有价值的建议，并具有管理才能。
工作职责描述：
1.了解客户的品牌及相关市场状况，并能协助思考互动营销策略；
2.从计划到执行，能独立展开一个互动战役；
3.同时管理多个项目，包括跨功能团队，还有掌控预算、进度、资源；
4.通过理解互动技术、品牌、传播、客户互动、互动媒体投资和创造力来开发前沿的互动方案来解决客户的市场或品牌问题。
能力要求：
具备一定的提案能力，熟悉网络媒体广告

优秀的中英文表达能力，普通话流畅

Job Summary:
Reporting to Account Director, you will need to understand marketing communication plan and be able to develop implementation plan independently .A good candidate will be able to play a key role in the team by offering valuable suggestions to your served brand, demonstrate excellent job management skill in day to day work.
Duty and Responsibility:
1. Understand client's brand and related market conditions, and can help thinking interactive marketing strategy;
2.Can independently lead the team to develop a digital campaign from planning to execution
3.Managing multiple simultaneous projects, involving cross-functional teams, with budget, schedule and resource constraints;
4. Understand digital technology, branding, communication, customer engagement, digital media investment and creativity to develop leading-edge digital solution to solve client’s marketing/branding issues.
Capability:
Have certain proposal ability, familiar with network media advertising
Special Skills:
Excellent written and oral English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin
Personality Quality:
willing to learn, self-challenger, have a passion in the latest digital application
Highly self motivated, good teamwork, be able to work under pressure
