Roles and responsibilities:

· Responsible for ensuring local compliance of accounting procedures, internal controls (implementing & monitoring), and database management.

· Randomly audits work flow to assure that all accounting transactions are appropriately authorized.

· Substantiates and justified expenditures and expense reports

· Supervises monthly closing process and monthly journal entries.

· Supervises or prepares general ledger reconciliations.

· Supervises A/R, A/P.

· Train staff on internal control procedures.

· Assist with yearly audit preparation.

· Ensure compliance with local, state and federal financial reporting and tax requirements, and legal entity setup.

· Assist regional teams in preparation of budgets, and monitor operating expenses.

· Works on ad projects, such as procurement.

· Frequent communication (verbal and written) with London Finance teams on various subject matters e.g. payment release, system / account setup and etc

· Perform cash forecasting and ensure cash fundings are handled on timely basis for each entity bank account, including payroll and operating expenses.

Skills & Experience

· Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, etc.

· Strong knowledge of Sun & PM10.

· Expert in Microsoft Excel.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.

· Strong supervisory skills and detailed oriented.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Fluent in English.

· Willing to work to a demanding schedule.
