职位描述
Role Purpose 职位目标:
To provide high quality, efficient and timely support to line manager and product marketing team in daily marketing operations to achieve business objectives.
Key Accountability/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
1. Administrative and logistical support to the team.
1.1 Business trip arrangement & management for team members according to approved travel application.
1.2 Logistics arrangements for team meetings, such as meeting invitations, agenda, office facilitates, meeting documents preparation , meeting minutes etc;
1.3 Other administrative support to the team when necessary, such as stationary procurement.
2. Business support to the team
2.1 Collection and delivery of application and reimbursement forms on marketing activity, ensuring approval time is within the SOP and keep as documentation. And, timely record and report of marketing expenditure.
2.2 Follow up of internal approval on material design, gimmick selection and external pitch for production or printing of promotional materials and brand reminders.
2.3 Support to the team on marketing activity/event management including agency contact, delegate info, collection, follow up and on site coordination.
2.4 Management of promotional materials & samples according to internal application and external sponsorship case.
2.5 System Administration: Brand reminder delivery system & JDE input according to activity details, objectives, and related budget breakdown information from PM/APM.
2.6 Communication between sales and marketing team as necessary to support the above.
3. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least 3 years working experience preferably in Pharmaceuticals industry
3. Team-oriented; Good communication and coordination skills; attend to details, and excellent in following up and implementation.
4. Can work efficiently and intensely for extended periods of time to support marketing activities needs ; High sense of responsibility
5. Good command of English
6. Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Office software.
7. Willing to travel upon business needs
