1. To answer and transfer telephone timely& accurately;

2. To warmly receive visitors, arrange the logistic needs, such as meal &drink etc;

3. To receive letters & mails, record and distribute them to each department accordingly;

4. To manage reservation of meeting rooms in the company;

5. To book air & train tickets for staffs based on their travel schedules;

6. To book hotels for staff from BJ Office or visitors;

7. To order drinks, drinking water and other commodities in office;

8. Update company internal/external telephone directory;

9. Stationery purchase and other office suppliers;

10. To complete other assigned work in time;

11. Clock-in system management & monitor for on-duty and off-duty;

12. Function as the Receptionist for stationeries registration.
