POSITION DESCRIPTION
Represent Global/Local Business Units to transfer product strategy. Investigate and analyze product competitiveness and market position with local marketing & sales team in each market to define a proper sychronized prorduct/channel/sales strategy individually, and monitor the execution in China to achieve the business target.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to develop and maintain production strategy and growth plan
- Define product range for local market in detail based on strategy from the Global product group
- Ensure local product strategies planning and growth actions implementations are in compliance with global overall strategies and policies.
- Implement launch plans and actions in local market as well as phase out old products
- Work on gaining business and new customers with local Sales team
- Provide commercial and technical supports to local sales team
Challenges：
- Responsible for sales/promotions of all factories within the BU, need to balance very extensive and broad product assortment with synergy and solution for local market
- Manage and cooperate with functional resources rather than direct team
- Understanding of different technical standard and market requirement in different locations
- Internal communication under different locations
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years industrial sales & marketing working experiences in MNC
- In-depth product knowledge and strong country wise market understanding
- Excellent English skill in listening, writing and speaking
- Good leadership under matrix management system
- Good interpersonal skill and business sensitivity
- Self-motivated, quick learner and open-minded
