Objective of job

• Monitor operation lead-time
• Operation record analysis
• SAP data check-audit
• Customs declaration support
• Handling CIQ-check special cases
• Support dealer for special case

Qualification required

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, similar major is a plus;
• Experience: 3+ years related experience in data analysis and imported vehicle logistics;
• Special Knowledge & Requirements
• Technical knowledge and experiences in data analysis and importation issue
• Strong sense of team work and responsibility; Excellent multi-tasking skills; Good communication, interpersonal, intercultural skills; Excellent command of office computer software , competent in operating warehouse & transportation management software; Good command of English; Self-motivated & diligent.

Task designation

• Monitor operation lead-time
• Daily review operation lead-time and report the latest status to central office
• Operation record analysis
• Collect the whole operation information from each point, summarize key lead-time. Analyze monthly data and find out measures for improvement.
• SAP data check-audit
• Monitor SAP data operation weekly; make sure no error caused in SAP from team colleagues.
• Customs declaration support
• Coordinate and support Customs Broker and central colleagues in customs declaration.
• Handling CIQ-check special cases
• Confirm vehicle errors found during CIQ inspection, arrange relevant department to solve problem on-site if possible.
• Support dealer for special case
• Help to solve dealers’ problem, such as the 2-certification wrong printed, lost and without information in vehicle administration office, and other issues called by dealer.

As a joint-venture wholesale company, Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd (MBCL), imports almost the entire MBC passenger car product line to mainland China, and manages the brand, sales, service and distribution for MBC products in China. MBCL also oversees the Hong Kong operation via Mercedes-Benz Hong Kong Ltd. (a 100% Daimler AG subsidiary), which manages the imported MBC passenger cars and CV for Hong Kong and Macau.
