职位描述
一、招聘岗位职责
1.从事对上证报资讯产品的推广与销售；
2.将客户进行分类，收集并整理目标客户的需求，形成分析报告；
3.对市场现有的产品进行分析，根据上证报资讯产品的特点，制定相关的营销方案；
4.负责对意向客户的开发和维护，负责收集客户反馈信息，完成销售；
5.与客户建立良好的合作关系，定期回访客户并提供优质的售后服务，完成客户管理；
6.完成所辖区域的公司产品及公司品牌的推广销售，完成公司规定的任务额；
二、岗位任职资格
1.全日制高等院校本科及以上学历，金融、证券或营销类相关专业优先；
2.具有银行基金销售、证券销售相关经验；具备金融、证券行业渠道销售经验者优先。
三、素质技能要求
1.敬业、投入、诚信、聪明、健康，能适应较快的工作节奏；
2.能承受较大的工作压力，能吃苦耐劳；
3.较强的表达能力、观察力和应变能力；
4.能接受加班工作要求，对于临时出现的加班情况，能及时处理；
5.出色的公关能力，优秀的沟通、协调和组织能力；
6.善于自我激励，具有很强的责任感、成就感。
