Job Scope: 1. Provide the 1st level remote support (via phone or remote access) for the store IT and operational issues; 2. Through the remote access tool to provide remote support for the application and database issues on POS machine, PDA, computer, etc.; 3. Dispatch the on site support to the selected service vendor and monitoring the SLA; 4. Call/Incidents tracking and management; 5. The work environment may require rotation in work hours, weekend or holiday hours, and/or extended hours, as needed, to accommodate 7 X 24 operations. 6. The position involves prolonged periods of PC and telephone usage. Support Equipments: 1. All IT devices including: - POS Machine, handeld scanner, PDA, printer; - IBM Anyplace KiosK; - Dell Desktop/Lenovo Laptop; 2. Network Infrastructure including: - Communication Rack; - Wireless Router; - Aruba Access point; 3. Applications including: - TP.Net(Wincor Nixdorf); - INDITEX PDA Program; - INDITEX Terminal de Gestion de Tienda; - INDITEX Labeling program; - Windows XP, 2K3 server; - Microsoft SQL server 2005/ SQL Express; Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above in information technology, electronic engineering or related field; - Work experience on database application development or post-support - Fully skills on Windows 2003 server. - Sound knowledge on Microsoft SQL server, working experience on database server administration. - MCITP/MCSE is needed. - 5 years above work experience on IT management service in retail industry and 2 years experience as leader or supervisor. - Excellent level of spoken and written English - Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with certain experience on CCC shift arrangements.
