Report: Greater China Marketing & ER Manager

Job Description:

In charge of developing, planning, negotiation and managing the execution of Bulgari’s traditional media strategy.

Main Purpose:

Implement the global/local communications strategy by managing the placement, negotiation and execution of Bulgari advertising on magazines, newspaper and outdoor.

Work closed with HQ communications team and media buying agency on strategy validation and execution.

Oversee the overall communications budgeting

Key Responsibility:

1. Oversee yearly planning and negotiations for all print advertising aligned with guidelines.

2. Conduct meetings and negotiation with all key print titles

3. Develop yearly media strategy and implementation

4. Validation and selection of yearly advertising visuals with HQ and local needs.

5. Control overall communications budget

6. Ensure 12-month spilt is implemented

7. Manager day-to day working relationship with creative agencies

8. Close communications with Managers and Corporate for effective operation

Specific qualifications:

1. University graduate education with a minimum of 8 years marketing experience.

2. Great command of written and spoken English

3. Good with figures

4. Team player and ability to communicate with all levels

5. Creative and capable of converting ideas into practical and achievable programs

6. Good organizing, planning; coordination and execution skills

7. Computer literacy

8. Knowledge of production and promotions workings

9. Ideally, to have experience in retail industry of well-known brands.

10. Art and design background is plus
