Job Description: Marketing Manager

Special Requirements:
1. Product:
· Review existing product portfolio to identify product gap or opportunities for enhancements
· Product Life Cycle review
· Review Product Mix, ie Product Grid
· Conduct research on Competitors’ Product offer


2. Price:
· Annual Pricing Review
· Communication of Price Reviews to the network & Implementation of Annual Price Revisions
· Review existing pricing strategy vs competition
· Monitoring of retail prices within the network to ensure pricing integrity & alignment


3. Promotion:
· Visual Merchandising
a. Retail
b. Wholesale
c. Franchisee
· Sales Promotion
a. Identify opportunities for Joint Promotions with Strategic Business Partners - Existing wholesale accounts & potential new partners
b. Identify opportunities for Sales
