职位描述
岗位职责：
1.管理和激励电话销售团队，培养团队精神，树立积极向上的文化；
2.完成销售部电话销售量，并不断提高电话拜访质量；
3.客户信息统筹、整理.
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，男士；
2.两年以上电话销售经验，熟悉电话销售模块；
3.熟悉电子商务理论、核心理念、各种概念和发展趋势，掌握市场营销的全面基础的理论和工具；
4.具备引导客户需求的能力，对客户的需求作出及时反应；
5.具有敬业精神，思路灵活，有良好的职业素质、合作意识和团队精神；
6.有冲劲，抗压性，敢于挑战目标，敢于承担责任，具有很强的计划、组织、协调沟通能力，以及理解、分析、表达、判断和分析能力.
