Key Result Areas

• Product Clinical Setup
• Customer Regular Data Processing Support
• Analytic Report Development and Analysis
• Product Training and Demonstrate with Customer Values

General Knowledge and Technical Skills:

• Degree in Medical or Clinical related discipline;
• Master Degree in medical informatics an advantage;
• Minimum 2 years of clinical or hospital information system experience;
• Be well acquainted with HIS、EMR、MRS….
• Extensive knowledge of hospital operations, ICD coding, medical conditions, guidelines and treatment protocol;
• Experience with spreadsheet, database, software applications and training;
• Very detail oriented with excellent follow through and decision making ability;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high aptitude for critical thinking;
• Strong interpersonal capability and presentation skills
