Project Management
? 具有较强的工作责任心和团队意识
? 有良好的内部沟通和执行能力
? 多项目管理中能确定优先次序及进行协调和管理
? 能完成对兼职者的管理和培训，注意优化流程，提高效率.
Published Products
? 在规定时间内完成产品的编排和设计工作。
? 对职责内的项目提供高品质、严谨、准确、适宜、及时的技术支持。
? 根据客户要求，在印刷制作前对最终文件进行核对，确保印刷品准确无误。
New Product Development
? 运用正当方式，通过各种渠道获取在日常工作中有用的资料和信息，并对其进行整理和保存。
? 自主解决在职责内所遇到的一般问题；如无法自行解决，应及时与他人沟通。
? 为了整个团队更好的协调和配合，发挥更大的效能，提出自己的建议和意见供其他人参考。
技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required
- 美术类、设计类相关专业大学本科及以上学历
- 3年以上广告公司从业经验
- 有项目管理经验者优先
- 优秀的设计和排版能力
- 对印刷工艺、流程有一定程度的了解
- 熟练运用Adobe Indesgn、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe Photoshop等设计软件进行工作
- 熟练使用办公软件
