Product engineer-Thermal

Danfoss &Sanhua experience will be preferred.
Major Job Responsibilities:
· Design, validate and release heat exchanger products that meet customer requirements
· Coordinate test &/or development programs for heat exchangers
· Customer interface. Translate customer requirements into products which meet them.
· Review and approve drawings for heat exchanger products.
· Oversee sample build, test and delivery.
· Review heat exchanger designs with Manufacturing to confirm manufacturability.
· Follow design and change procedures
· Facilitate resolution of quality issues
· Communicate with product groups
· Work with customers for diagnose and resolve issues
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years brazed aluminum heat exchanger Product Engineering experience
· Familiarity with performance and durability test procedures. Familiarity with performance and durability test equipment.
· Customer contact experience. Able to conduct heat transfer predictions using CEEE or equivalent tool.
· Able to interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance drawing notes.
· Familiarity with proto type brazed aluminum heat exchanger processes and fabrication methods.
· Familiarity with brazed aluminum heat exchanger production processes.
· Able to read, understand and follow existing procedures.
· Able to work with team to solve complex problems.
· Good written and oral communication skills - English/Chinese.
· HVAC system design and development experience
