Major Responsibilities:
1)For Daily Maintenance / Outage / Shut Down
.Familiar with pump operational principle and repairing, able to set up a new workflow for internal & external service;
.Technical support for mechanical maintenance;
.Create maintenance manual according to experience and vendor catalog/manual;
.Understand contracts, apply it correctly;
.In charge of all SAP related business, PR preparation and settlement document following up;
.Follow up maintenance activity according to internal PM Order, eg: manpower assignment, decide priority of maintenance activity, call for vendor service, etc.;
.Able to coordinate with internal & external party for cherry picker application, safety valve calibration, hose testing, bicycle inspection and so on;
.Maintain maintenance database of hard copy and soft copy in share point.
2)For Turn Around
.Follow up maintenance activity according to internal PM Order, eg: manpower assignment, decide priority of maintenance activity, call for vendor service, etc.;
.Technical support for mechanical maintenance;

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
.Bachelor degree in Mechanical major;
.Working experience of mechanical maintenance is required (5 or more years);
.Good spoken & written English;
.Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
.Maintenance experience in chemical company is preferred.
.SAP simple operation is preferred.
