REQUIREMENT:
1. College or above.
2. At least one(1) years clerical experience.
3. Experience in the freight forwarding industry is required.
4. Must have PC experience.
5. Fluent in English, Mandarin and local languages.
6. Detail oriented
7. Good communication skills


RESPONSIBILITY:
Summary
To handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation and distribution.


1. Follow standard operating procedures established by management
2. Coordinate with shippers, consignees, carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth cargo movement
3. Input data into systems in timely and accurate manner
4. Verify the correctness of documents provided by shippers, carriers and other service providers
5. Prepare shipping documents as required
6. Coordinate with shippers, carriers and other service providers for invoicing, payment collection and settlement.
7. Distribute pre-alert and required documents to appropriate parties in timely manner
8. Other duties as assigned to the position
