POSITION SUMMARY
1. To be responsible for the FCVS (Foreign Currency Verification Sheet) filing
2. To provide support to the Finance team in daily operation of the group and special function organization
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Push CATA agents/Customs brokage to refund the FCVS
2. Prepare FCVS log
3. Refund the FCVS to the customer timely
4. Help to resolve any dispute about FCVS
5. Vendor / Supplier / Employee ID set up in system
6. Assist team lead to achieve other finance task
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE
1. College degree or above
2. One to two (1-2) years related work experience in accounting or finance environment
3. Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written
4. Proficient in office software (word / excel / power point / etc)
5. Good communication skill, team player, can work independently & under pressure, detail oriented
