POSITION SUMMARY

1. To be responsible for the treasury, tax, general ledger and reporting for whole China
2. To provide support to the finance team in daily operation of the group and special function organization
3. To gather and consolidate the data need for and provide updated information to management with the objective of ensuring smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis as well as during special events

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor the cash flow of the company, and well arrange internal funding transfer
2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing with local and HQ standard
3. Ensure all the PRC financial reports (B/S, T/B, P&L) complying with PRC GAAP
4. Ensure all the tax filing complying with local & state tax policy
5. Responsible for different financial reports, such as plan, guess, forecast, analysis, budget, and etc…
6. Set up the new analysis model based on requirement
7. Well communicate with external tax consultant to handle tax related issues
8. Review and verify monthly bank, tax, and GL journals
9. Reconcile general ledger and other assigned accounts
10.Respond to all internal or external queries regarding treasury, tax, general ledger and reporting
11.Well support internal & external audit
12.Train and develop the team
13.Ensure all the team activities complying with company policy and the requirement of internal control
14.Assist finance manager to fulfill other assignments relatively
15.Assist finance manager and work with other departments to identify any opportunity of process optimization to achieve productivity improvement target

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree in finance or accounting
2. 8 years or above related work experience in accounting or finance environment, and 5 years in multi-national company
3. Professional certifications CPA / MBA preferred
4. Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written
5. Proficient in office software (word / excel / power point / etc)
6. Good communication skill, highly motivated, confident, problem-solving, able to work with limited supervision
7. Be able to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure / tight deadline
