_Understand the macroeconomic situations of China and know well about the real estate industry.
了解中国的宏观经济形势,熟悉房地产行业
_Possess certain marketing analysis capabilities and master basic industrial analysis methods.
具备一定的市场营销分析能力,熟悉基本的行业分析方法
_Have background in statistics and know well about basic quantity statistics methods.
具备一定的统计学基础，熟悉基本的数量统计方法
_Possess capabilities of rapid searching, sorting, analysis and PPT presentation of industrial information to be used as supports for the management staff in their real-time analysis of the policies/economy/industrial situations of the Chinese region.
具备快速的行业信息搜集,整理,分析和PPT提报能力以用于支持管理层对于中国地区的政策/经济/行业情况的实时分析
