该职位有2个方向,一个是针对VIP客户的helpdesk,另一个是针对服务器的Severdesk。

REPORTS TO: IS Service Delivery Leader, Client Services
FUNCTION: Client Services Team, IS
BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Be responsible for the provision of excellent IT/IS services to the AZ VIP customers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of this position is providing
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for provide the IT/IS support for VIP customers
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP customers on operational issues
affecting applications from a designated service area
Ensure that key service support processes, including PC Health Check and Data Backup, Monthly Incident Report to VIP customers etc are implemented and
effective
Accountable for the maintenance of VIP service catalogues
Manage and seek approval for service changes and improvements
Respond and participate in internal and external service assurance activities
Provide input into the development opportunities for innovation, assessment of
their feasibility and design of new services for VIP customers
Work with Service Delivery Leader on communication of Service Improvement Plans
Respond and participate in some projects
QUALIFICATION
University degree, major in information is preferred.
At least 3 years experience of helpdesk support in MNC.
Experience of developing and managing relationships with customer, special care for VIP.
Well developed communication and facilitation skills.
Good spoken and written in English
Willing to work under pressure and enjoy challenge
Strong sense of team work
MCSE, ITIL certificate is preferred
Severdesk
Purpose
The current design of local helpdesk is not capable to deal with operations related with infrastructure services due to knowledge, language and resource constrains. We seek for local outsourcing partner to provide capable resources to delivery onsite service to AstraZeneca China to support the global outsourcing contract and other local initiatives.
Requirements
Hands-on experiences with (HP/IBM Server Hardware, Windows Servers, VMware ESX, Unix/Linux, SQL/Oracle Database, Citrix XenApp, Backup/Restore, SAN Storage, LAN/WAN, Firewall)
Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to take ownership of a problem and ensure its resolution. Able to work independently under stress
Excellent communication skills at various levels
University degree (computer science, engineering or related disciplines)
Experience
3 years working experience including broad-based IT infrastructure experience
Experience in geographically distributed IT operation within multinational company
Experience with pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Language
Fluent English oral & written
English documentation skills
Job Responsibility
Answer call from outsourcing vendors on 7 x 24 basis
Route infrastructure request from local user to outsourcing vendors
Serve as escalation point for local helpdesk and end users
Lead end to end infrastructure service delivery through collaboration with different vendors
Manage infrastructure changes to minimize user impact
Manage to resolve infrastructure problem to user's satisfactory
Manage service delivery through Request For Service (RFS)
Global & local project coordination
