Summary of position:

The position supervises a team of accountants and monitors daily operations of employee expense claim (T&E) for the Asia Pacific region in accordance with RA standards, policies and procedures, and exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate actions.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator):

To achieve/exceed the Service Level Agreement agreed with the business and countries. This includes measurement for accurately processing transactions and reporting in time with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 5 to 8 accountants to support the employees in Asian countries:

？ Lead the selection, development and evaluation of team members. Drive employee engagement and inclusion to effectively manage attrition, ensure service level continuity.

？ Drive the daily T&E processes. Establishes operational procedures and work plans and effectively delegate assignments to subordinates. Maintain and keep standard operating procedure and documentation to date to guide daily operations and minimize staff turnover impact.

？ Monitor process performance against established Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements. Drive continuous process improvement and process quality initiatives to ensure that processes are optimized for both efficiency and effectiveness.

？ Partner and collaborate with country finance team and other functional stakeholders to manage internal partner satisfaction and strong working relationships. Drive ongoing process consolidation initiatives and standardization of processes across the region. Use of persuasion and influence with key stakeholders to effectively drive and manage change.

？ Support the transition of accounting operations from legacy ERP system (MFG Pro) to SAP through a close working relationship with the SAP deployment team and the shared service center business system users ensuring effective change management and functional readiness.

？ Conduct T&E sample audits and Company travel policies compliance.

？ Perform regular T&E policy and process training to employees.

Key Competency Requirement / Work Experience

ü Fluent English in conversation and writing

ü BS degree in accounting or related fields is a plus

ü Good understanding of ERP (SAP knowledge is a plus), experience with ERP implementation is a plus

ü 3+ years of relevant accounting experience in MNCs, with 1+ years experience in managerial role

ü Problem solving and project management skills
