岗位职责：
1、建立、健全财务管理体系，对财务部门的日常管理、年度预算、资金运作等进行总体控制；
2、支持财务报表及财务预决算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时、有效的财务分析；
3、对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，按时完成税务申报及年度审计工作；
4、与财政、税务、银行、证券等相关政府部门及会计师事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系；
5、向总经理提供公司经营状况、经营成果、财务收支及计划的具体信息，为总经理做出经营分析提供建议。
胜任要求：
1、会计、财务或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具有全面的财务管理知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
3、擅长资本运作、有证券融资的实际经验；
4、良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力；
5、为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真。
