Skills Required:

- At least 3 year experience in web design/production

- Proficient with web related skills like PHP, HTML, DIV+CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Flash

- Familiar with SEO, Best Online Experience and Social media

- Self-starter who can deliver on commitments, work independently and with a team;

- Good problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills in English, both written and spoken.

Specific Job Description:

- Develop and maintain global company websites within defined branding guidelines and templates;

- Responsible for customers web experience and user satisfaction

- Work with global marketing team, worldwide web design team to develop and deliver e-communication materials to customers including EDM, E-Newsletter etc.

- Increase web visits and conversion via effective approaches including SEM, SEO etc.

- Provide reporting and analysis as needed on web programs;

- Support marketing strategies and metrics via effective web marketing activities
