As a member of the Global Supply Chain Organization, you will join the Logistics and Distribution Team supporting manufacturing operations. You will work directly with logistics manager to support Manufacturing and sales to develop and improve global logistics supply chains for mfg. operations and customer support. Within your assigned area, you will work to improve turn around time, network responsiveness, costing, and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

Specific job responsibilities include: daily import process control, bonded and non-bonded process control supporting, E-lot book management supporting, regular communications with freight forwarders or broker to support import shipments, assist in support customer service logistics and equipment moves.

Job Requirements

BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain management and/or Logistics, or related professional certificate.

> 3 years demonstrated logistics and distribution work in one or more significant positions required. Import related is preferred.

Good communication skills, able to handle things independently.

Good oral and written English communication.

Be familiar with Customs and CIQB regulation and application process.

Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications, must be excellent in excel.

Customs brokers or CIQB broker license or equivalent will be a plus.

Be familiar with E-lot book system will be a plus.

Be familiar with plant logistics include MRP, purchasing, international and local transportation, clearance, material management, etc will be a plus.

experience and relationships with local customs, CIBQ and foreign and economic cooperation agencies a plus.

Familiarity with Oracle system or Finance will be a plus.
