职位描述
职位:人才培训和发展经理 ( Talent Training and Development Manager)
工作职责:
1. 协助参与制定人才培训和发展的战略规划;
2. 贯彻执行和协调人才发展与管理的策略;
3. 根据公司发展目标和员工培训需求,建立培训需求体系及相关的规章制度,设计年度/季度培训计划;
4. 开发、制定、执行适合不同级别的、先进而有效的人才发展课程/项目;
5. 组织实施和管理培训发展计划,负责培训和发展的效果评估,包括使用不同的方法,评估培训的效果并追踪加以提高;制定培训结果转化的策略,跟踪培训结果并形成相关的报告管理;
6. 负责管理内部和外部培训资源,包括供应商的选择、 培训项目的协调和培训组织工作;
7. 培训发展的预算控制与合理运用;
8. 独立讲授通用的培训课程,指导/辅助一线经理人进行职业发展和绩效管理;
9. 协助建立人才评估体系,搭建人才梯队和人才库;
10. 参与人才发展计划,Shine Program/Younger Tiger Program;
11. 通过各种渠道和方式和员工分享各类培训资料,提高员工学习的热情和主动性,建立一个典型的学习型组织,辅导员工职业发展,促进员工保持良好的职业心态;
12. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
Responsibility:
1. Assist to set up training and development plan and strategy
2. Plan, coordinate and prioritize the implementation of the approved development plans of all employees based on the available resources
3. Analyze training needs and develop the training solutions, establishes training management system and related regulation accordingly
4. Responsible for developing project plans and participate in project design and implementation
5. Organize and administer trainings and development programs. Responsible for training and development results evaluation. Evaluates the results and effectiveness of training and development by using different approaches, and improves the effectiveness. Track training and development record and submit related reports to the management team
6. Conduct research on training expenses to prepare and control overall training and development budgets. Use the training funds appropriately, and keep the cost within the budget.
7. Identify and manage internal / external training resource
8. Deliver leadership and training skills to managers across the business
9. Identify and assess the internal talent
10. Promote the learning culture in the organization by various means of communication
11. Involve in Talent Develop Programs, such as Shine Program and Young Tiger program
12. Support Line Manager on other issue
职位要求:
1. 本科学位或以上;
2. 有5-8 年的人力资源组织发展工作经验,至少3年人力资源管理经验;
3. 较强的培训和演讲能力;
4. 沟通能力强,有良好的人际交往能力;
5. 较强的系统思维能力、工作推动能力, 具有优秀的规划分析和解决问题的能力,能承受较强的工作压力;
6. 有志于从事人才发展和培训工作,具备才梯队培养理念与实践经验,专注领导力与战略人才发展策略;
7. 具备创新与工作灵性,具备商业思维、战略思维、发散思维
8. 流利的中英文能力;
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Over 5-8 years of training & development experience, 3 years management experience as least
3. Strong training and presentation skill
4. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
5. Passionate on people development & able to exercise great initiatives & learning attitudes
6. Exceptional interpersonal skills with capability to build good relationships at all levels
7. Strategic thinking and good planning, good analytical and problem solving skills
8. Fluent in both Chinese and English
