Principal Accountabilities

- Executes Feasibility Studies: technical descriptions, cost estimates and schedules
- Creates the bid package : expression of functional needs and linked documents
- Defines and/or validates the technical solutions
- Participates to or implements the design reviews
- Does the Design Studies Technical Offers, Costs estimates and time-frames
- Validates the sub-contracted services. Validates the technical dossiers for further execution
- Provides recommendations and participates in selecting suppliers.
- Tracks the installation - until the project is accepted by the customer. This includes coordinating multiple disciplines to meet project commitments.
- Referents/Experts : Ensures compliance with statutory regulations and technical standards.
- Provide reports to the Lead Engineers and his Manager
- Applies Quality System Methodology of his/her engineering group

Qualifications

- Be familiar with all disciplines of building and utilities,
- Be capable of working as a team member, integrated with the others disciplines (civil ad electrical),
- Good communication with client,
- Behavior compatible with Michelin requirements to relations with suppliers,
- English spoken and written, confidentiality, mobility for traveling inside China.
