职位描述
Key responsibilities
1.Lead the L & PD curriculum
- Owner of AP L&PD Leadership & Professional Development Curriculum, including regular evaluation, updates and refresh of content
2.AP Delivery Strategy
- Owner of delivery mix regional strategy and implementation partnership with markets (e.g. mix of internal trainers, external vendors, Regional trainers, leaders as teachers etc)
- Owner of annual Train the Trainer (TTT) calendar for curriculum, lead facilitator for TTTs.
- Coach other trainers to deliver programs and support implementation of specific programs in AP markets
- Lead management of external and regional delivery vendors
- Support On-boarding and Graduate team, Build training delivery and facilitation skills within China based L&PD team & functional trainers
3.Regional Projects Implementation
- Owner of regional development projects – responsible for Defining, Diagnosing the learning issue, and Designing relevant learning solutions in partnership with business stakeholders. E.g. 2013 supervisory capability project
4.Design, Development of L & PD curriculum and programs
- Owns the Instructional Design Process (ISD). Includes identification, selection and contracting of vendors, project management of vendor/Ford partnership, pilot and evaluation of learning products
- Oversees new design, refresh and top hat adjustment of content for AP
- Undertakes some ad hoc ISD projects as required by the business
5.Training/Facilitation of L & PD curriculum and Programs
- Act as Regional Trainer to facilitate / train selected Leadership & Professional Development programs across AP (GSR & LL+ target audience)
6.Market and functional relationships
- Liaison with Functional College Dean Forum from L & PD to collect, prioritize and execute L&PD learning needs
- Lead Market Communication and liaison for execution of the L&PD strategy in AP
Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree
2.Preferred certifications on assessments for development like MBTI, DISC, TKI etc. preferred to be certified as a trainer/ coach. and any other courses on ISD (instructional systems design). preferred certified on training curriculum (eg. 7 Habits etc)
3.Minimum 6 years HR experiences in multi-national companies, of which 3+ years of L&D experiences. Can go beyond 8 if right fitment.
4.Area of professional exposure (technical skills):
- Experience in delivery of behavioral / soft skills is a must
- Technical Learning & Development skills. Experience with full ADDIE cycle will be highly regarded
- Exposure/ experience in ISD and content development will be highly regarded
- Some exposure to a generalist HR role will be highly regarded
- Vendor Management in Training field (or potentially a training consultant background)
5.Functional skills:
- Strong written and verbal English language skills
- Good facilitation skills, communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate groups, conduct training in English and Mandarin
- Good project management and change management skills.
- Good Excel and PPT skills.
- Knowledge of Ford China locations and their needs
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity
- Strong drive for results
- Attention to detail
