Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

1.Collaborate and consult with IT partners and customers to design,
develop and implement integrated and tailored solutions focused on
Workplace areas
2.Responsible for the development of solution alternatives and proposal
content to customers
3.Ensure agile delivery of quality solutions by representing the voice
of the customer at each step in the development lifecycle. Manage
customer feedback to ensure requirements are met and areas for
improvement are addressed.
4.Manage solution engineering and implementation projects across all
ITO functions (E2E) utilizing if necessary external solution partners
to deliver the solution.
5.Organize End to End (E2E) service (RUN) sourcing together with
Services and Solution resources
6.Stay E2E accountable for entire Solution including used basic
components and life cycle including design, implementation, operation,
and retirement.
