Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks

Verify all incoming invoices and payments requests and ensure the
alignment with company policy and process daily Accounts Payable
transactions
Verify appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate, and resolve
accounts payable issues.
Double check other accountants’ booking in SAP, and release payment
block
Communicate with requestor on problem solving for invoice issue
Monitor payable records and due date, check and clear vendor open
item on regular basis.
Assist in the completion of internal and external audit requirements

College or above, major in Finance, accounting or related will be
preferred
Familiar with MS office, better to have SAP system experience
AP related experience will be preferred
Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
Stress handling be able to work under pressure
Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task
