职位描述

Responsibilities
1 Owns the Johnson Controls’ Building Efficiency value proposition to customers by continuously optimizing the link between the customer’s operational and business objectives, needs and requirements and the Johnson Controls’ solutions in order to provide a total value solution and competitive advantage.
2 Owns and directs long-term customer relationships/partnerships and fully responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
3 Seeks out, qualifies and closes large & more complex new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
4 Fully understands & applies knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them.
5 Leverages the established technical trends to continuously strive for business growth in environmental solutions.
6 Creates competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Ensure that new proposals and bids are compliant with Johnson Controls standards & expectations prior to customer presentation. Owns final negotiations on value and impact to the customer’s business in order to close the sale.
7 Is responsible for optimizing terms & conditions that impact Accounts Receivable (A/R) and assures full compliance with Johnson Controls’ financial standards.
8 Keeps management informed of changes in the marketplace and progress on customer status. Calls for assistance from broader Johnson Controls leadership to pro-actively drive the sales process.
9 Utilizes applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as to increase business growth. Leverages Johnson Controls sales process to close sales quickly.
10 Builds & maintains network of contacts, solicits support from and communicates effectively with the broader Johnson Controls organization to promote customer satisfaction whilst respecting Johnson Controls strategies, processes and tools. Refers leads to other business segments
11 Participates as a leader in professional organizations and appropriate trade shows.
12 In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.

Requirements
1 Bachelor’s or Master degree in relevant subject matter to the Johnson Controls business or equivalent through solid subject matter expertise.
2 Min 8 years as a Sales Professional, having experience in mid-long term sales with at least 15 years of total working experience. Successful individuals will have used structured sales process in complex and consultative engagements. Experienced in engaging Senior Executives level, identifying and developing relationship with key stakeholders.
3 Comfortable in boardroom presentations. Strong communication and influencing skills. Able to present and deliver business cases to internal and external stakeholders.
4 Have undertaken training using and applying customer relationship management tools (CRM), formal sales processes and solution selling methodologies.
5 Demonstrate high level of integrity
6 Able to review and negotiate contractual terms/conditions
7 Able to demonstrate experience closing deals.
8 Team player who builds effective working relationships
9 Led multiple, concurrent project teams (engineers, 3rd party contractors, Solution providers, etc)
