职位描述
基本职责
1 同规划师，建筑师和工程师一起为建筑设计提供绿色建筑策略；
2 就声、光、热、气流、能耗等配合技术团队进行模拟，并编写符合团队需求的报告；
3 能结合实际设计和工程，完善现有建筑物理分析体系，并形成新的技术报告；
4 支持项目团队与业主的相关技术沟通；
5 审阅，编辑报告和演示文稿；
6 完成其他与工作相关职责。
Basic Responsibilities
1 Work with planners, architects and engineers to provide sustainable design recommendations
2 Simulate the sound, light, heat, water, air flow and energy consumption of building with technical team, and compile the report which meet the requirements of team
3 Enable to combine the actual design and engineering to improve existing Building physics analysis system, and constitute new technical reports
4 Support the technical communication between project team and the owner
5 Proof read/edit reports and presentations, as needed
6 Perform other job-related duties as required.
任职要求
1 建筑、空调与暖通、或其他建筑行业相关专业硕士或硕士以上学位；
2 熟悉声、光、热、气流、能耗等建筑物理知识，并精通通用模拟软件；
3 5年以上相关工作经验；
4 创新和务实精神；
5 良好的团队合作精神；
6 良好的沟通力；
7 英语流利；
Requirements
1 Master degree and above, Major in Building, air-condition, HVAC or other fields of study related to the building industry;
2 Familiar with the building physics knowledge, such as sound, light, heat, water, air flow and energy consumption etc., and be master of simulation software
3 Minimum of 5 years related working experience
4 Innovation and pragmatic spirit
5 Strong team-work spirit
6 Strong communication skills
7 Fluent in English
