2. 需要5年以上相关工作经验

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or technical related fields such as urban planning, architectural design, engineering
2. Generally requires 5+ years related experience in a comparable position
3. Must have high level of integrity and working ethnics
4. Mature, proactive, business savvy, action & result-oriented
5. Superb personal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management and clients, and interact cross-culturally
6. Strong verbal and written communicated skills, in both Chinese and English
7. High level of organization and prioritization skills, able to function independently with minimum guidance
8. Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
9. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
