工作职责：

根据太保项目需求，完成后端功能的开发；
完成公司交付的其他开发任务；

要求：

1、3年以上PHP实际项目编程经验，独立完成过1个以上项目的开发,有大中型项目开发经验优先
2、具有丰富的基于LAMP（LINUX、APACHE、MYSQL、PHP/AJAX）平台的WEB开发经验
3、熟练掌握HTML、HTML5、JAVASCRIPT、JQUERY、DIV/CSS、XML等知识
4、熟悉软件设计流程和软件工程规范，具备良好而规范的设计和技术文档编写能力
5、具有良好的编辑风格和习惯，要求结构清晰，逻辑性强，代码冗余低
6、精通MySQL查询优化
7、能有处理多并发的相关经验
8、具有PHP缓存技术、静态化设计方面的经验
9、熟悉zend、symfony、codeigniter、cakephp等开发框架，熟悉lamp环境管理与配置，精通分布式数据库、静动态内容缓存、搜索引擎技术等开源技术解决方案
10、有极强的责任心，优秀的表达能力及沟通能力
11、有团队工作精神、独立解决问题的能力，并能在较大压力下进行工作
