职位职能: 软件测试
职位描述:

岗位职责：
1. 参与制定产品、项目研发过程规范并监督实施；
2. 为产品研发、项目过程规范的实施提供咨询、指导和培训；
3. 建立度量体系，收集过程数据，分析质量过程情况，编写QA报告；
4. 根据项目流程安排QA测试计划，确定并完善QA测试工具保证软件质量。

岗位要求：
1. 计算机或相关专业大专以上学历；
2. 1年及以上QA工作经验；
3. 具备质量管理理论知识，工作态度认真细致、有计划、执行有条理，善于进行过程跟踪和监督执行；
4. 具有优秀的沟通能力，有较强的问题协调、说服、组织能力，善于与持不同意见的人合作和灵活应变的处事能力；
5. 熟悉SVN或其它软件配置管理系统的操作，熟悉cmmi、Aglie、项目管理工具方法，善于学习和自我提高；
6. 会写测试用例，熟练使用各种Excel、Word等办公软件，熟悉jira系统的优先考虑；
7. 经历中有开发经验者优先考虑；
8. 有手机、平板等行业经验者优先考虑。
