一、岗位职责：
1、 根据公司战略目标，统筹并协调CFA\ACCA项目运行，提升项目品质并确保项目快速且可持续发展；
2、 制订CFA\ACCA项目年度方案、计划，设定并分解CFA\ACCA项目指标及业绩指标；
3、 协调项目运营过程、支持并监督市场、招生、学术、客服、运营、行政、IT、财务各部门的工作，确保项目方案顺利执行；
4、 与市场部门协同完成项目市场调研及竞争分析、市场活动策划及执行监控；
5、 协助渠道工作开展、合作沟通、谈判；
6、 与招生客服部门共同制定招生方案、阶段目标、话术、协助客诉处理；
7、 密切关注项目学员反馈及市场口碑情况，做好项目舆情监测；
8、 完成项目各类数据分析统计报表报告。

二、任职要求：
1、本科以上学历；5年以上工作经验、2年以上管理经验；申请CFA项目经理必须至少参加过CFA一级考试；ACCA项目经理必须参加过ACCA考试；有相关工作经验者优先；
2、逻辑思维能力强、有一定的预见性、具备强大的协调统筹能力、敢于接受挑战、勇于承担；
3、有管理和协调能力，沟通能力，决策能力和问题处理能力；
4、积极乐观、愿意与团队共同成长，具有优秀的沟通及表达能力；
5、为人诚实正直、思维敏捷、有团队合作意识，责任心强，具备良好的职业素养

Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating CFA\ACCA program by improving the program quality and ensuring fast but sustainable development according to the company's strategic objectives,;
2. Formulating CFA\ACCA program annual plan, setting & decomposing of the performance targets of CFA\ACCA program;
3. Coordinating the whole process of CFA\ACCA program by assisting, supporting and supervising various departments including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Academic R&D, Admin, IT, Finance departments to ensure the smooth running of the program;
4. Doing CFA\ACCA program marketing research and competitor analysis, Planning for marketing activities and coordinating as well as monitoring in the execution;
5. Assisting the Channel Managers in business communication, cooperation and negotiation;
6. Developing program schemes and details for Sales and Customer Service Team including the targets, skills and customer complaints handling process;
7. Paying close attention to customer feedback and the market reputation;
8. Completing data analysis & statistical reports.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above; at least 5 years working experience with 2 years management experience; For CFA Project Manager, the candidate should have taken at least CFA Level 1 exam; For ACCA Project Manager, the candidate should have taken ACCA exams; Previous related experience is highly preferred;
2. Logical Thinking、strong forecast & coordinate Ability, be able to work under pressure & willing to accept challenges;
3. Management and Coordination skills, Communication skills, Decision-making ability and Problem-solving skills;
4. Active & optimistic、Willing to grow together with the team, with excellent communication and expression ability, standard mandarin;
5. Integrity, quick thinking, teamwork spirit, responsibility, professional
