Key Accountabilities:

- Support the Senior Manager in coordinating and supervising the execution of valuation assignments;

- Supervise and execute valuation projects and activities;

- Assist in the preparation of Valuation assignments in China, including market studies, data analysis,

site inspection, preparation of valuations and report writing;

- Assist seniors with project pitch and proposal drafting;

- Participate in client relationship management;

- Assist the growth and development of the valuation business in China;

- Able to communicate well with team members, colleagues, and clients;

- Perform any other duties by direct supervisor; and

- Domestic travel will be expected on assignments within the China.





Requirements & Qualifications:

- Graduate degree in real estate, business, economics or other related discipline;

- At least five (5) years working experiences, preferably in real estate/valuation;

- RICS qualification or other related professional qualification is an advantage;

_ Adapt frequent travel

- High initiative with good team work;

- Sound analytical skills paying particular attention to details;

- Fluent in both Mandarin and English;

- Competent presentation and writing skills;

- Good grasp of China's Real Estate Market;

- Ability to perform business development is a definite advantage; and

- Conversant in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
