Responsibilities:

- To execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies and any other assignments directed by the

Senior Management;

- Undertake market studies, data analysis, site inspections, preparing of valuations and report writing;

- Work for a wide range of clients, including private and public companies as well as individuals for a wide

variety of purposes, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments;

- Work with other team members for the successful execution of valuation assignments;

- Assist to drive growth and development of the valuation business in China;

- To assist the Managers with the setting up and updating of filling and database systems of the Department;

and

- Domestic travel will be expected on assignments within China.

Requirements:

- At least two (2) years experience in real estate/valuation and related business or in consultancy;

- A Bachelor from a recognized university, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or other

related disciplines; A higher degree in relevant subject will be highly preferable; Foreign background is

preferred by not necessary;

- RICS or related professional qualification is an advantages;

- Extensive knowledge on China's real estate market;

- Logical thinking with sound analytical skills particularly on a project focus;

_ Adapt frequent travel

- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;

- Fluent spoken and good written English and Mandarin, with sound writing skills in both languages;

- A team player with good presentation skills;

- Able to work efficiently to deadlines, self-motivated, able to work independently; and

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
