职位描述

Responsibilities:
1、oversee the participation in domestic and international salary surveys and analyzes results in order to assess competitive labor market trends, establish salary structures, develop salary budgets, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure equitable and competitive employee compensation.
2、Work with HR business partners and line management to provide sound judgment and counsel on Total Rewards based solutions.
3、Develop, maintain, and improve compensation administration processes.
4、Develop and coordinate communications and manager/employee training for compensation programs.
5、Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures recommending plan revision as well as new plans that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives.
6、Ensure global consistency and local competitiveness in compensation programs.
7、Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation related legislation (e.g. minimum wage).
8、Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
9、Be involved in M&A due diligence and integration from the C&B functional area.
10、Carry out projects to determine the effectiveness of various rewards programs. Some potential projects could be to determine the ROI on bonus programs; relationship between pay programs and productivity for DLs, validation of compensation structure through recruitment practice etc.
11、Be involved in harmonization of compensation & benefits programs across Asia Pacific Region.
12、Be involved in region wide projects related to C&B.
Requirements:
1、8+ C&B related experience, HR, fiancé or biz administration related major, experiences in MNC or consulting company is preferred.
2、Strong analytical skills, strong interpersonal relationship management and communication skills.
3、Sensitive to customers and responsive to their needs.
4.Honest and genuine and keen to influence/ persuade others about the point of view.
