Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

·Deal with trade & non trade billing request

·Timely sending of dunning letter

·Work with customer & CS on collection

·Apply cash receiving against AR on account

·Maintain the accuracy of AR balance

·Month end closing of AR sub-ledger

·Prepare AR related report which including credit limit check; DSO calculation; AR aging analysis

·Perform AR & GL reconciliation

·Other jobs assigned by leader

Requirements:

·Bachelor degree, major in Accounting, Finance

·At least 2 years related working experiences in multinational business. Share service center preferred

·Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills

·Good at English, listening, speaking, reading and writing

·Peoplesoft & SAP knowledge is a plus

·Team work spirit

·Able to work under pressure
