职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage day to day operation of logistics team in East China to meet the customer needs, internal and external;
2.Build and Control the logistics cost of the region;
3. Monitor stock level, delivery times, and transport costs to satisfy the operation and customer needs;
4. Assure that quality, environmental system and procedures that meet the requirements are maintained and effectively used;
5. Manage the 3PLs and their service quality;
6.Coordinate internal process and external supplier to ensure customer satisfaction;
7.Develop and evaluate new 3PLs and operation mechanisms;
8.Manage the performance of East China logistics team; cultivate and train subordinates in order to develop overall logistics

team capability;
9.Make decisions and give instructions on the ad hoc operational issues;
10.Lead continuous improvement on standard operation process of the logistics to keep it effective.vide overall support to

coordinate with key government and joint venture partners;
11.Strong ability to work with high level executives (knowledge of leadership structure) and their assistants;
12.Track and manage meeting and activities schedules of Managing Partner, and strong ability to prioritize scheduling of

meetings;
13.Liaise and communicate effectively with the line of business leaders;
14. Set up and maintain an effective filing system;
15.Plan and organize travel arrangements;
16.Excellent judgment and discretion in handling of confidential matters;
17.Detail-oriented, well organized, patient and flexible;
18.Other supporting activities as directed by the Managing Partner.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. 8+ years of logistics/supply chain management experience in manufacturing company, supply chain management experience in multi-national company is preferable;
3. 3+ years of team management experience. Have strong leadership skills and be able to manage in a fast paced and

constantly changing environment. Good communication and reporting skills;
4. Proven competency in process management and change management;
5. Familiar with logistics operations in customer service, transportation;
6. Experience in cost-optimization and managing the performance of 3PLs;
7. Fluent English both in writing and speaking is a must;
8.Statistics knowledge and practical skills in Six Sigma or Lean Production can be a plus.
