岗位职责：

1、负责执行总裁日常文秘工作支持、公务文书处理等行政事务；

2、负责执行总裁参与会议的组织工作、会议记录和会议纪要的整理、分发；

3、管理和协调执行总裁日程安排、商旅、媒介会面和会议安排，做好预约工作，并及时提醒；

4、做好保密工作，确保涉及公司及领导工作中的各类秘密信息和资料不传播；

5、接待访问执行总裁的重要来宾，参与相关商务活动；

6、督办、协调完成执行总裁交办的其他工作。



职位要求：

1、行政管理、企业管理等相关专业，本科或以上学历；

2、2年以上总经理秘书/助理等相关工作经验；

3、形象好，性格开朗、有亲和力、处事灵活，职业素养较好；

4、为人诚实可靠、品行端正，较强的独立工作能力和沟通、协调能力；

5、接受过商务礼仪专业培训，并能熟练运用；

6、具备优秀的文笔能力，善于撰写各类公文；

7、良好的英文阅读和写作能力，会粤语。
