The Business |
Company has an enterprise-wide, global service offering with"client ready" teams of experienced M&A practitioners to help clients smoothly resolve and transit their M&A related risk and issues. The service officering are shown as following:
· Rigorous due diligence to favorably structure the acquisition terms in light of the risks and costs of people programs. And for our insurance clients, we conduct due diligence for pricing, reserve adequacy and reinsurance program evaluation. · Robust integration planning based on the due diligence findings to actively manage the company's critical path for the first one hundred days, stabilize the organization to preserve enterprise value, and build capabilities to sustain and grow the business over the long term. We concentrate on the areas of critical value - Leadership, Culture, Communication and Change Management, Rewards, Benefits, Talent Management and HR Service Delivery. · Successful implementation through our Project Management tools and skilled resources. This is critical because long-term success comes from effective leadership, an aligned vision for integration and a culture that supports it, harmonized rewards, clear and engaging employee communications, and the right people in the right roles for the merged company. · Improved business performance by addressing post-merger human capital and culture change issues, and effectively integrating risk management with the company's overall financial management framework. |
The Role |
Job Description: 1. Independently coordinate M&A BD activities in China and share responsibility for results of M&A projects acquiring 2. Build relationship with target SOE and MNC clients 3. Support M&A Leader in developing or coordinating M&A proposal 4. Participate in M&A projects for profitable revenue generation. Performance Objectives: Excellence § Understand and implement M&A business plan by meeting and discussing with M&A leader on a monthly basis § Strongly support M&A leader in coordinating BD activities including proposal development and project delivery. § Probe actual client's needs and support cross-selling on M&A BD activities. § Work with project leaders to make solid contribution for Due Diligence or post-merger integration projects. People § Create and implement own career development plan with guidance from manager and other feedback sources § Help to coach junior project team members when participating in M&A projects Clients
?support to develop and maintain relationship in different M&A consulting sourcing channel such as investment banker, CPA, lawyers, .etc.
Financial § Share responsibility of M&A BD goal § Profitable revenue generation |
The Requirements |
§ People-oriented, ability to contact the clients via calls is required § Feel in-control with computer -especially Power Point and Word § Speaking fluent English is preferred |
